Steps Not Showing In my Fitbit App

After last app updating my iPhone dont show my steps by hours. And all old days steps are gone. Data is in my pages, but it dont show in phone.

Thanks, my problem is that my iPhones Fitbit app dont show my steps/hour. Everyting else is ok. All steps are in my own pages. Problem was firts time after the last app updatering.

Thank you for sharing this information. I'd recommend you restart your Fitbit device and your mobile device.

Also check you have the latest OS for your mobile device.

Agent: I'd like to share with you that new version of the Fitbit app can fix the issue with "No measurements" error message in the Fitbit app.

Agent: Targeted to slowly start rolling out to customers Nov. 15th, 2022 through Nov. 25th, 2022.

Thanks, my problem is that my iPhones Fitbit app dont show my steps/hour. Everyting else is ok. All steps are in my own pages. And I have the latest version in my Versa 2 and my iPhone (OS 16.1.1) I have used several Fitbit devices after June 2015.

teppot: For me, the total steps (also for cals and miles) shows on the Today page, but when I tap on them to get to the daily and then hourly breakdown, the usual screen shows but with the hourly breakdown blank except for showing the text "No measurements". This is what I chatted to tech support about. Is this the same as you are seeing?

I updated my Fitbit app on my phone and my steps measurements are back working.  THANK YOU.   😀

Hi, I got today new version of Fitbit app and I updated my Fitbit app on my phone and my steps measurements works!!
