Hi! I am having trouble with my Fitbit Versa, it was working fine yesterday up until about 7 pm and then it has been kinda funky about tracking steps. Some it will track and sometimes it wont. It no longer tracks when I have the screen pulled up on the watch. I have to have the watch on sleep to see any noticeable new tracking. This is very frustrating since I am an athlete.

Have you tried to restart your Versa, see pg. 68 in the user guide below. Also restart your phone.
Let s know if it helped.
Also on pg. 68 is the factory reset. Try it as the last resort
