Steps Notifications Show Jibberish

For the last two days, every time my Versa 3 reminds me to move, it just shows a random series of letters & numbers instead of the normal “remember to move ____ steps!” I have tried shutting down and restarting the watch but that didn’t work. And it says it’s up to date. Any suggestions? The watch is only 6 months old.

Hi, @rcorrao22 - there are 2 ways to get a reminder, through the watch face in which case try changing clock face, or through the app reminder on the watch.

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support, they may take you through a factory reset.
