Just out of no where my Fitbit versa stopped recording my steps and heart rate... I turned it off, reinstalled the app, and Bluetooth is on... not sure what else to try

Hi @MeRoss , are you using by any chance a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, change it to one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your phone and Versa and see if the problem is solved. Regards kuzibri

The green light is the HR sensor. Do not change the CF now and try restarting your Versa several times. If that also does not solve your problem, call Customer Support, cause it might be a hardware issue. Regards kuzibri.

Nope, restarting your Versa is pressing and holding the left and right lower button together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. The three buttons procedure is a Factory Reset, which you do not want to do at this very moment. Regards kuzibri
