Yesterday and today my phone is showing ~ 500 more steps than my Versa 2. Have shut off and back on, no help.

I have never gotten the notifications to work, it works fine on my Charge 2.

Hi @APC61,

 

To get the notifications to work, they need to be turned on under your Account Settings and then they need to be selected for each app you want.  To receive them, your Bluetooth needs to be on.

 

As far as the 500 step difference, is your Versa fully charged?  That will make a difference.

Thank you. good thought but think I have verified each
Versa fully charged check.
Apps are selected as notifications on for fitbit and Bluetooth are on.

I mis-spoke it is actually the reminders to move, I do get the
notifications of email etc, I just don't get the reminders to move on the
Versa I do on the charge..

Appreciate the feedback
