Pairing rejected Versa 2

New Versa 2 data ago synced okay and now it has failed to sync I have turned on and off fitbit and samsung 7 a number of times.  Still not working any ideas.  Have logged out if fitbit app as well

Have you unpaired the V2 from the phone and then attempted to re-pair it?
