I’ve a brand new Versa 2 & it’s jumping back on the step count. Only worn it today and I hit goal & it jumped back from 11k to 8k. I just hit 9k again & it’s jumped back to 7 1/2 k! 
what the heck’s going on!

Thank you for the information provided.

 

If you have linked your Fitbit account to a third party app, please make sure the information logged on their side is not overriding the data recorded by your Fitbit Versa 2.

 

Whether you have manually logged any activity on your Fitbit account, please make sure the times are not getting overlapped by the times you were wearing your watch. You can delete any manually logged activity to recover the missing steps.

 

If the situations mentioned above are not related to your case, please restart your Versa 2 by following these instructions.
