Another problem yesterday and today my steps don’t seem to be adding up! My clock face does not light up when I turn my wrist ! And still my swimming is not accurate feeling rather fed up wish I had kept my old fitbit 😞

Do you have the face switched to auto? (Long press on the left button to access)

In what way is your swimming not accurate?

Try restarting your Versa and see if that improves the step count.

Thankyou this helped on the steps and wrist issue . But swimming has not once registered correctly .
