My steps did not reset with new day. Shows same on Versa and on iOS app. Other metrics did reset, but step count just kept going.
Tried turning Versa on/off and iPhone on/off but nothing has worked.
Suggestions?

Hi, two things:
1. Try restarting your Versa several times and see if that solves the problem
2. Which Clock Face are you using, one of Fitbit itself or a Third Party one? On the dashboard of your Fitbit app, press the watch icon on top of the screen on the right side. Press Clock Faces and go to my Clock. There you will see the name of your currentlyused clock.

@mommyfinn once the new day has started if the steps haven't reset there isn't much that can be down about them today snce the actual steps where recorded yesterday..
The two main reasons for this to happen are:
- Traveling across a timezone before midnight then a sync which bumbs the time to tomorrow without the tracker seeing the midnight switch.
- The tracker was turned off overnight or the battery died

Neither of those situations occurred last night. Hopefully tonight it will fix itself.
