@Cerriann1t Try syncing again and check the sync time stamp (open fitbit mobile app, tap on the Versa icon, scroll down to the sync section) to see if it synced properly. It may need several syncs. Also, it's a good idea to go to your Dashboard on Fitbit.com to make sure all the data is there.
Best AnswerIt is insane and unacceptable that a watch can't keep track of time. Is thing something support has noticed engineering about? It seems like a simple fix would be to either have watch have a time setting or automatically sync with phone. The current approach does not make sense in any scenario

@dtrailin There is an automatic sync. It's called All-day Sync. You can enable it in the Fitbit mobile app.
