Steps per hour on Versa 3

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have been using Fitbit Charge 2 from 2017 and then upgraded to Charge 4 couple of years back. Now really I wanted to ditch Fitbit due to their stubborn policy. However fortunately or unfortunately I got Versa 3 as a gift few days back.

I am very much obsessed with steps per hour status and if I remember in the earlier trackers it was a simple configurable option and we can select what we want to see on the face.

Now its so complicated with so much unwanted items on the clock face with blinking stuff etc. Why can't FB create a simple face with Clock and minimum three configurable options. Currently I am using the default face "Pleat" and I can see the steps per hour in the Adv. stats. Why cant we see it in the face itself.

@Dominic01  There are hundreds of clock faces available for the Versa 3.  They are from Fitbit and third party developers.  Please do the following: tap on your devices icon in the upper left of your app > your Versa 3 device image > Gallery > move the toggle to Clocks.  Use the search function and type in steps per hour.  The search function isn't perfect, but you might find something that meets your needs.

Dear LZeeW,

Thank you for your response. I am very well aware of the clock face searching and changing the same. I have also searched this group before posting my request. The "Steps per Hours" doesn't return anything but "Hourly Activity" search string return few clocks.

The "IncClock 02 Simple" is the closest to my requirement and it is very buggy which the author himself declared it. The "SlimClock V1" and "Unadorned" are some other clock faces but the step per hour is not included.  "Bear Clock" and "Step it up" are better.

From the previous posts I have noted "Easy Read 180 Degrees", "Move It!", and "SimpleClockPro" but somewhat "too much" information and not configurable.

The "Steps per hour" stat is moved under "Advanced Stat" and hence many clock faces doesn't provide it. Also wondering how difficult to create a simple clock face with clock, date with three such stats using FitBit SDK.

I appreciate any pointers in this regard

Best, Dominic

Hi @Dominic01  - there are 3 configurable reminders to move and move period on the watch face of "SimpleClockPro" and  steps so far or to do this hour displayed, along with the steps per every hour of the day on the watch.

Thank You @Guy_. The initial face is very crowded. I am looking for a simpler one. I am not even sure if we need to show the seconds. My main requirements is the face should show the Total steps and hourly steps in addition to clock and date.

Thanks @Dominic01 - tap the 8/9 to see the current steps for the hour, and all hours.

Once you reached 250 steps for the hour it shows active hours progress, in the example, 8 so far.

The drink reminder [0] in the middle can be removed. Don't know if that helps.

If you find something better please post.

BearClock is the closest one that I like. However, it has the horrible pulsating background.

The design of "IncClock 02 Simple" is awesome but its buggy.
