Hi,
I hope someone can help!
I synced my Fitbit Versa 2 with the app yesterday and I had walked around 9000 steps, I didn't sync again until this morning and it still says 9000 for yesterday when I actually did 17,000 steps. Todays steps are syncing perfectly.
I have logged in on the web browser, tried turning bluetooth on and off again. Removed the Versa from my Bluetooth list and reconnected. Restarted my phone and the watch I don't know what else to try?
Any ideas?
