I am SO SICK of seeing the cardio load notification every time I open the app, shaming me, saying I'm "at risk". FFS I thought this app was meant to inspire not belittle. I managed to toggle the setting for cardio load to to "off" and guess what, the notifications still keep popping come. It's fr*ken annoying as hell and I want it to stop immediately. I am not interested!! It's a rubbish addition that's poorly worded and executed. Just get rid of it already!!

@katerina82 Another user got this to stop by deleting all Cardio load data. Tap on your profile picture, then Your data in Fitbit. Tap on Deletion options in the Data and features section. Delete your Cardio load data. I hope it works for you. Fitbit is aware of this issue. If this doesn't work for you, I hope it is addressed in an app update.

I've been sick for a week and at this point it's telling me the same thing. I mean, I couldn't even go outside much less exercise. And the new target Load is unreasonable. What's frustrating is that you can't edit variables such as being out of commission so it does feel a little nagging and annoying.
