In October, my versa just stopped charging. I put it on the charger before bed, and the next morning it was dead and will not charge. I have tried all the troubleshooting advice and nothing is working. Any body know what I can do??

Hi @BNoelle  you might want to read over this article on trouble charging - click to see. You shouldn't charge any device overnight. See if any of the advice given helps you.
