Stopped getting notifications

This week my Fitbit stopped receiving my notifications from my phone.  I have turned it on and off, reset my notifications, sent myself test calls from the Fitbit app and nothing...

Hi @jltheobald  Whatphone are younusing? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

S10 yes it is supported

Unfortunately I cant see the S10 on the Supported List (see link in my post above), so you may have problems untill it does get put on the list Im afraid.

I unpaired my device and repaired again and it is working great. 

 

How do you get the S10 on the list?

@jltheobald  when it is fully tested by Fitbit and any problems ironed out it will be added. But Fitbit dont give a timeline for when phones might become supported.
