Out of no where today my Fitbit screen turned into colored vertical lines. It’s still vibrating and recording my activity. Not totally sure what to do.

Is it just the clock face, or the same when switch to different screens?
If just the clock face, try switching to a different one. Could try switching in either case.

Wow! I've been having this exact problem for 3 weeks now. My screen is distorted and I don't know what to do. And this is the replacement Versa that I received

My issue was resolved! I found another post on here regarding the vertical colored lines on the screen, but still tracking my activity. I ended up contacting customer support and after having me reset my device a few times, they just sent me a new one.
