Versa...everything is working fine except the screen.

Hello,  8 month old Versa. Everything is working except the screen. No noticeable damage. No accidents. Just a dead screen. Tried restarts. Still tracking all activity. Any clue what could be the problem? Thanks.

Mine did that too and then after 12 hours the screen magically came back on....is the waterproofing wearing off and it got wet and it took that long to dry out?  My versa has no cracks, defects, etc and is 14 months old... someone told me mercury is retrograde and it messes with electronics lmao, not sure.  Any answers Fitbit in what is happening?  Mine was tracking steps, vibrating with alarms, syncing with app but black screen with occasional fuzzy white circle in the middle of the screen where the Fitbit logo would be with a restart.  I did a hard restart as well...

Mine hasn’t been in water in weeks and hasn’t been around mercury either. Screen is still out but everything is tracking perfectly...however I can’t ack my alarms. So that’s pretty annoying. I think it’s time to move on to something a little more durable. All I do is track my steps and my sleep...nothing major. No crazy workouts or extracurricular activities. This is my second Fitbit...the band fell off the first one in less than a year. They just don’t make things the way they used to.
