I went for a walk. The Versa synced before I left, but now it won't sync. My PC can't find it when I search for it on Bluetooth. The app says searching. The fitbit.com dashboard says it last synced 2 hours ago, but won't update.
The watch itself is still working fine.

I haven't been able to synch since August 4th. I got this email from Fitbit today.
"[T]his is a ongoing issue with Fitbit.... Rest assured, that once an update will be release [sic] on the app it will contain fix [sic] that you encountering [sic] to [sic] your Versa."

This has happened to me several times, and every time it does I have to restart the Fitbit.

Reset the watch by pressing and holding the left button and the bottom right button until the Fitbit logo appears.
You can also try resetting the Bluetooth on your PC or whatever you use to sync.

I've had problems with it not syncing for weeks now. I've tried everything that's been suggested by the various help centres still without success. Today my phone app has only just done a sync - usually it spends it's time searching!!! My Versa itself stopped recording my heart info early this afternoon so consequently no activity has been recorded. Because the phone apps not syncing properly it also means I'm not getting my notifications through all the time. As I said at the start it's been like this for weeks now and its getting very frustrating.

Since it's syncing with my phone, I'll look at the PC's Bluetooth as an issue.

I just updated the app today on my iPhone and I couldn't get my Versa to sync with my phone. I was able to sync with my laptop though. I contacted Fitbit help and the first thing they told me was to turn off my Bluetooth on my laptop and try syncing again. Facepalm - of course my Versa wouldn't sync on my phone when I have my Bluetooth on my laptop turned on! Moral of the story - turn off the Bluetooth on your other devices then try syncing with your phone.

What's strange is that my Versa was syncing fine to the PC this morning. Now my PC can't find it as a bluetooth device, but my phone app works and once that synced, the Versa stats synced with the dashboard on the website.
Strange. But for me, technology always is.
