While away on vacation I did not take my Versa. Upon returning I did that the watch although still earning with all other functions is not tracking my heart rate. Any suggestions?

Yes I tried it three successive times and heart rate is not responding. The
way I did it was hold the center button on the left side and the lower
button on the right side until the fitbit logo appeared on the watch face.
