Stopped tracking sleep

I started using this new program 2 days ago and my Versa stopped logging my sleep. Anyone else having this issue?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa stopped tracking your sleep after you started using a new program. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
  2. Try sleeping with the watch on your non-dominant hand if you haven't been doing it already.
  3. Confirm that the watch is snug on your wrist.

It is possible to manually log sleep to reflect the time slept. See instructions in this help article: How do I change my sleep history?
