I got my versa 3 watch wet when rinsing dish who wouldnof thought.

It also game me weird message show I'm pic but one before missed pic just showed the fitbit blue dot logo. I dryed and let sit an hour them tried to reset...no luck. So I tried to charge still nothing.  So how can I get this fixed. It's on couple years old can't believe this happened.

Please let me no where to go. I like my fitbit.

Hi @cemeonly  - the seals on some watches are not so robust and can fail over time.

You can try letting it run down in a bag of rice for some days, to see if it helps. Depending on the damage it may recover partially but then you still have to get rid of the logo.

If it gets hot while charging stop immediately - it is too damaged.

Eventually you can try a restart by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start. Though this may not get it working and a factory reset using the button may be necessary and even then it may not work.

You may still be able to get a Versa 3 in the shops, because later models don't have all the features you have currently.  Depending on your needs other brands, notably Garmin, may have the features you require and a long battery life.
