I am on my second Fitbit Versa and have come across this problem with both. I receive app notifications, Facebook notifications and text messages in fact all but emails. I have followed all the troubleshooting steps that support have given me, yet months down the line I'm still having this problem. It has me so frustrated I'm about to give up and count it as a loss even though these Versa's are an expensive item. Please can someone suggest something that works, I have a Samsung Galaxy S9+ which is Android 8.0 and my app is on all day sync.

Hi Tina, nor Plusnet or Sky are supported by Fitbit as email providers. Gmail is of course a supported email provider, so if you really want to get email notifications on your Versa, you should switch to Gmail as your primary provider. If you do not want to do that stay with your current provider, but then it's not possible to get a notification on your Versa. Tell me, is that really a big problem, as you always carry your Smartphone with you and can see emails there? I did not enable email on my Versa for this simple reason and also because I want the max out of my battery life. The more notifications are enabled, the greater the battery drainage will be. Just my 2 cents.
