It's a little hard to describe so see the attached pic. But basically I have a rectangular shaped area on my screen that never gets any marks on it, whereas the rest of the screen frequently does, so it stands out like a sore thumb most of the time. Anyone have any idea what it is or what I can do about it? It's as though there is anti-smudge on this part of the watch face, but it's not on the rest of the screen, which gets dirty very quickly.

Edit: for clarity it's the black mark on the screen, not the white mark (which is just reflection from lightbulb)
Best AnswerThat is very odd. Is there on every screen? I'm assuming it isnt actually on the surface of the scrren but under the screen but I am not sure about that. Try restarting the watch several times and if that doesnt clear it try a factory reset (settings app on the watch and scroll down to About)

Best Answer@bfill1985 If the restarting/ factory reset don't work, it seems like a physical defect. If it bothers you, you probably want to contact support for a replacement. I would recommend trying to get a replacement from the place you bought it from, if not Fitbit, first, though.

Best AnswerAh how annoying! Thanks for getting back to me!
Best AnswerThe versa with the weird mark is a replacement for my old one that didn't have a mark but stopped working last week.
