Tracking time and clock hour are different

Hi everyone,

I hope I can explain this clearlly because I’ve tried everything but nothing works.

The time on my fitbit (clock) says 8:31 which is correct, but the sleep tracker says last night I slept from 00:48 to 8:49, which obviously is wrong because it’s not even 8:49 yet.

It appears that the sleeping tracker is one hour above the real time.

Same thing appears to be happening with the rest of the stats: I just woke up and it says I’ve walked over 500 steps and burnt over 500 calories.

Please help because this messes with all my measuring. This device doesn’t work for me this way.

Thanks

Hi, are you using a Third Party Clock Face? If yes, change it for one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa.

OK, try the following: restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Firbit logo and release the buttons. After that sync your Versa with your Phone.

Hi, I'm afraid that the only solution left will be a Factory Reset of your Versa. Click the link and you will get all the info of how to do that, but also how to setup your Versa all over again with your Phone after the FR cause the Versa acts after the FR as a brand new watch. Good luck!!

BTW: Before doing a FR, sync your Versa with the Fitbit app and you will not loose any data cause these are stored on Fitbit's servers.

Will I lose all of my info?

My wife has a similar issue where the time on the Versa and her phone (the actual time) is off from 10 minutes to an hour.  No amount of syncing (when it actually syncs, which is rarely) seems to fix this.
