I have Strava logged in and authorized in the Fitbit app on my phone and the moment I end a run on my Versa 2, Strava immediately sends me a notification on my phone that my run has ended and to view my stats. This means that my Fitbit account and my Strava account are communicating just fine.
However, the Strava app on my Versa seems to hate updating my runs. I had a week of missing runs in Strava on my Versa and couldn't find out how to sync it besides constantly syncing the watch with my phone, so I uninstalled the app from my watch and re-installed it. After a bit, all my runs appeared, but now we're back to runs missing on my watch.
Why can Fitbit communicate so quickly with Strava, yet the runs either take forever or don't show up at all on my watch? Can we get some sort of ability to manually sync data so my runs can appear? I really love having Strava on my watch and it's a bummer that it's so difficult to get my data on it.

I've a similar situation, sometimes my runs will sync, but it's not syncing automatically. I usually sync either on the fitbit app or reconnect my fitbit to strava, I'm not sure which is actually syncing. I shouldn't have to go onto any settings once my fitbit is synced to strava, but my fitbit doesn't seem to be remembered by strava site, so I have to constantly enter my login in details each time, even tough I select keep me logged on...

Exactly! It kind of defeats the purpose of having the watch app if it won't sync to the watch when the run is done like it does on the phone app.

Still no answer, for such a well known product, I'm disappointed there's no solution yet ...
