Hi there,

 

I'm trying to connect my Versa 2 watch with my Strava account, and keep getting the below error message when opening the Strava app on the watch:
Link Account
Go to Strava settings on your Fitbit mobile app to log in

 

I have done this, and am logged in through the settings on my Fitbit.
My Fitbit and Strava accounts are both linked together on their respective website profiles. I've even followed the below youtube video to try and link the two, and am still getting the error message.

I've restarted the watch and my phone (Galaxy S7 Edge), as well as deleting both the Fitbit and Strava Apps, and logging out and back in to completely trouble shoot.

I've found a number of old threads with no answers, so am hoping to get an answer here please.
