Strava not syncing to Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have linked my Strava and versa and have done several runs since, however, I can't view any on the Strava app on my versa. The distance is also inaccurate. 4.1 miles on Strava today as a run, watch only recorded 3.8. Any ideas as one of the main reasons for buying was to be able to monitor my pace on my wrist.

I am experiencing the same problem.  It's really frustrating.  When going on a run I record it on my Strava app on my phone and also on my Versa and every single time both apps come in with different distances and splits.  Is there any way I can fix this?  My Fitbit app always seems to record a shorter distance and longer splits.

@Ahod how are you recording the runs, through Fitbit or through Strava?

Also a recorded run on Fitbit will be synced to Strava, and a recorded run on Strava would be synced to Fitbit. You should have two log entries for the run on Fitbit and Strava.

Hi Rich,

I have linked my Fitbit to my Strava app but I still only get one reading.  So basically as I am setting off on a run, I open my Strava app on my phone and Record Activity and then I go onto my Exercise function on my Versa and log it there.  At the end of the workout the two readings are different.  I also run alongside a friend who has an apple watch and her watch results are similar to those on my Strava app so I am not sure why my Versa doesn't pick up the same stats.  Please help!  Here are some screenshots so you have an idea of what I am talking about.  Thank you!!

Hey @justmargey@Ahod welcome to the Community and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

I appreciate the attachments and would like to know if you keep having issues transferring your Strava information to Fitbit? If you do, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Man Happy

Hi! The main issue at the minute is the fact the app is continually crashing so not able to follow the advice given!

Hi Alejandra,

Thank you for your message, but it doesn't really solve the problem that my Versa is logging inaccurate stats.  The reason I know this is because I am using the Strava app to log my runs simultaneously.  I shouldn't have to do that.  That is the whole point of why I purchased this watch.

What can I do so that my watch records my activities accurately?

Thank you!
