I recently got a fitbit versa 2.
So far so good bar one issue.
It will not sync to strava at all.
It keeps saying go to settings in app.
I've completed this a million times.
I've deleted and reloaded the app.
I've gone online and given permission that way.
I've done everything.
It is getting increasingly frustrating.
I've started on a get for programme.
Have no data from January.
Please help.
Otherwise just have to get another product.
Find it hard to believe that a product like this is so problematic.

Are you asking about your Fitbit account/strava account sync?
Or are you asking about the Strava app dashboard on your versa?
If asking about the Versa Strava app, then go to your list of apps loaded onto your tracker. Find the Strava app and tap the setting cog to the right. Log into your Strava account.
