How do I reset the stride length. My steps do not match my iPhones step count.

On phone app, profile pic (top left) > Advanced Settings > Stride Length.

But that has no effect on step count.  Stride length is used to convert number of steps to distance, so it can effect distance but not step count.

 

 

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
