Struck at logo screen

when i restart, its stuck at "Data not cleared sync and try again" screen. Can anyone please tell me customer service number - INDIA. Thanks.

Let me help you with your Versa lite only showing the Fitbit icon and thank you for restarting your device. You could try a factory reset by following these instructions and you can find Support contact information here. Notice that with a factory reset you will need to setup your device again.
