I've just purchased my first fitbit, Versa 2. The sleep tracker didn't log anything except number of hours slept. None of my text messages are coming through to the fitbit. It's not recognising any audio devices when i attempt to connect with blue tooth. Strava won't connect. Spotify doesn't connect despite being logged in. So far my versa 2 is working fabulously as a watch, and nothing else. Can anyone help me figure this out, please?

First things first, @FinLevi. Which phone do you have? Is it on the list of supported devices? Once we verify that, we can better help.

@FinLevi - Your phone is on the list of supported devices. Thanks for that info. The next things to do is re-start your Versa 2. To do this, press and hold the button for about 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears. (Alexa will show up first. Just keep the button pressed in.) Do this twice.
Once it has re-started, swipe the Versa 2 screen to the left until you see Settings. Tap it. Scroll down to Heart Rate. Make sure it is set to On. The sleep tracker needs heart rate information.
For information on notifications, go to page 32 of the Versa 2 Manual. You can also find information on Strava and Spotify in the manual.
Final thought for Notifications, go into the Quick Settings on your Versa 2 (swipe down from the top of the clock face screen) and verify that you are not in Do Not Disturb Mode. That will stop notifications from coming thru.
I hope these trouble shooting tips help. Please let us know.
