I updated the firmware and reseted its stuck on this. I tried repairing and restarting my phone. Nothing is working. I am using a samsung galaxy 7

@SunsetRunner I merged both threads together. Have you tried rebooting your Versa several times? Press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo appears.
