Subtracting steps

I have had my Versa 3 for about 2 months now and I keep having issues where it takes steps away from my count. When I came back from my run today I had well over 12,000 steps and now I only have 11, 600. This is happening almost daily and it is driving me crazy.

Hi @runnergirl111 - it depends where you see the information.

If it is on a clock face try changing the clock face to a Fitbit one.

If it's in the Fitbit app, is it possible that MobileTrack is installed? Click profile photo, in the Fitbit app and see if Versa 3 and MobileTrack are both present 

If it's in the Today app or exercise app, try a sync then a Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it. This will refresh your watch OS.
