Suddenly no connections

All of a sudden I’m unable to sync my versa. All connections were lost and it gave me the message unable to connect. Reading through these forums many people had problems with this but, I found my reason very strange. 

 

Let me explain. 

 

Time me was running behind and unable to sync I decided to turn off my Bluetooth and turn it back on. No results. Then I did a restart of my watch.. no results no connection possible. Then I decided to delete the Fitbit app and reinstall it. Still no connections could be made. The I tried to forget the device in my iOS settings. And delete the device in the Fitbit app. And try to set it up again. Still no results or improvements were made. I deleted / forgot all Bluetooth devices so it doesn’t have any interference, no results. Restarted my phone during every run, and Even a hard factory reset on my Fitbit didn’t work for me.

 

Are there any other options I should consider?

 

the best result I had was that it was able to find the device. (After a deletion in the app) and then as soon as it hits the dashboard nothing will sync, and the device is unfindable. 

 

Im on an iPhone 8 running the latest software of iOS and the Fitbit app.

 

Does any one have any options to sync / connect my Fitbit Versa again?

I'm beyond frustrated, as I had this issue about 2 weeks ago as well, except that time it finally paired after the 3rd try. This time, nothing. My phone can "find" my Versa but will not pair. I'm mad, and tomorrow I will be returning my Versa to Best Buy (I bought their 2 year product replacement) For $230 I do not accept this type of repeated malfunction. I'll be using my store credit to buy a different brand of smartwatch. 

I wish I had a solution for you, but all I can offer is sympathy.

Does anyone else face these same kinds of problems? Or has someone else found a solution for this?

Même problème ici. 

Incapacité de se connecter. Fitbit n'aide pas.
