Supervised Account

I gave my 13-year-old my old Versa 2. She is on Google's Family Link and when she tries to create an account it says she can't because her account is supervised.  The only other account that she is able to add is a school account and I don't believe that will work either.  Is their another way to create a Fitbit account for her to sign up with? She is too old too add as a family account member and they only allow kids with the Ace watch.

@Liz510   Fitbit's Setup Requirements say that all new accounts must have a Google Account.  Can she get removed from your Family Link and have her own Google account?  Or do you live in a country that has a different age requirement for individual Google accounts?  The age is as high as 16 in some EU countries.

@LZeeW Just got off the phone with support, Google doesnt have a fix for this at this time. It seems like there was an oversight on the google account rollover. I would suggest calling in and gettting your main account on a notification list specifically about this issue.
