Has anyone figured out a good solution to the problem of the Versa not counting swim laps accurately?  Mine is close...but loses track of a lap or two per 20 laps. I have tried restarting, I have tried to toggle between meters or yards. I understand it will not count kick laps, and I am doing all the same freestyle stroke.  I had an ionic previously that counted my swim laps perfectly for me.  Not sure what I can do to solve this.

@KerryM1000 It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! Let me help you with the accuracy issues that you are experiencing with the swimming feature of your Versa.

 

I'd like you to try the steps that are listed that shared my friend Heydy in her post. Please skip the steps that you already tried and let me know if the issue persists so I can follow up and provide a solution.
