I bought the Versa to track swimming but it cuts back to the home clock screen mid workout every single time I use the feature. I've restarted my fitbit multiple times and my app is up to date. To me the fitbit is useless and I may as well have kept my old Fitbit Charge 2.
I'm sick of bringing the issue up on Fitbit chat and being told they have no timeline on when the issue will be resolved but thanks for letting them know.
If it won't be fixed, where is my refund on what is essentially a faulty product??
