Went swimming and set watch to record time and data and now it is stuck on swim mode cannot turn it off

Same here! When contacting support I was told to clean the device(I did), and restart it (it won’t react). Other than that, no help. As the device is onlly a couple of weeks old, and I bought this device as it was supposed to ve waterproof and has a swimming mode, I was really disappointed. A new one won’t really help me either, as I bought it specifically to swim with.
