I recently changed my versa and the new one does not give me notifications (vibrations and flashing) every 100 meters like the old versa did. I really enjoyed that little feature. Any ideas?

Hello @Emm54, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board! I am sorry for the delayed response.

I am glad to assist you with your inquiry about receiving notifications during swimming on your new Fitbit Versa. I understand that you enjoyed this feature and recommend doing the following:

1. On your Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture

2. Tap on your device icon and scroll down to Exercise shortcuts

3. Tap Swim, enable cues and set cues to swim length. Don't forget to sync your device.

I have the exact same issue with my fitbit versa 2. When I go into exercise all the other ones have an option to set cues but swim doesn't have a cue option.

Your answer isn't true, Swim doesn't have Cue option in the app. Any solutions?

How do you get the swimming cues then because it doesn't show on swimming but it does for the other exercises

I have tried going into exercise shortcuts and clicking on swim and nothing happens. All other exercises have links to add cues. I loved my previous versa and the swim vibrations every 100 meters. This needs to be fixed. I am very disappointed and not at all satisfied with the lack of this feature. Please report and ask for it to be fixed.
