So, I bought the Versa to track my laps in the pool. It did real good the first two weeks. However, today, it began to short me a lap twice. Instead of 20 laps it showed 19. I closed the swim feature out and restarted again with zero laps/distance. It shorted another lap 16 laps in. I swim in a 25 meter so it is pretty simple to track. Not sure why it worked well at first and now is lagging.

There are two possibilities I can think of. The first is a glitch in the Versa, so try restarting the watch several times and see how it goes next swim
The second is that for aome reason you are not giving the correct signals tontje watch that you have started another lap. Make sure that you pause you arms at each lap end. You can stop for a couple of seconds, or you can give a good push off the wall and glide for a couple of seconds. Dont keep swimming around the end.
I hope one of those ideas helps you

I tried continuous swim at each end instead of kick off loop and it was fine. So apparently, the push of isn't registering.

I have two problems counting laps with the Versa: the first is what you described, where laps are not counted correctly and the second is that if the laps are counted correctly, they stop being counted when I hit 1650 yards. It's almost as if 1650 is the max distance it can register. Suggestions?
