I took my toddler to our local pool with water park and some shallow swimming, for about 1hr. First time I've ever braved getting my fitbit versa 4 wet and it worked all through the activity however since we exited the pool it turned off and won't turn back on or charge! Can anyone help? I rely so much on my watch I am absolutely gutted if it is broken! I've had it since Christmas 20'

Hi @Hannsmith If water has got in then there is nothing you can do to fix it beyond allowing it several days to dry out. If it doesn't recover once dry then you will need a new tracker. Sorry the news isn't better.

But I don't understand as it's apparently safe to wear in water. Feel absolutely short changed here as its gone against what it's meant to be able to do!
