Hello every one with in the FitBit ccomunity, 

 

Me and a friend want to go swimming and it would nice to track the swim my friend has an Apple Watch with I know is ok to swim with but I on the other hand have a Fitbit versa 3 I know it has a swim feature but is going to be the first time going into any type pool since I have purchased the Fitbit I would like to know if it is safe to do so is just I don't want break my Fitbit because I love my device I ware it everyday.

Hello,

everyone I have been talking to a Fitbit supposurport worker and I know have the answer so thank you to the worker from FitBit and if you would like to know the answer I will link it down bellow.

With your concern, I can confirm that you can use your Versa 3 while swimming in a pool.

The device is waterresistant up to 50 meters.

It is designed to be swimproof and stand up to even the sweatiest of workouts.

so its 100 % true
