Hi. My versa swipe function isn't working. I've tried turning it off and also letting the battery drain with no luck. After checking the forums, I've also changed the clock face to a Fitbit one but still with no luck. Can you offer any other solutions please?

Hi. Thank you for your reply. I've tried using the buttons on the side of my versa but the swipe continues not to work. Other instructions tell me to go to the settings on my versa to shutdown but I cant get to them without the swipe function. Is there something else I can try?
