Switching back to Versa 2

I was using a versa2.  I bought a versa 4 and used it for  a few days and returned it.  I tried to go back to using my versa2 but it won't sync.  Message keeps telling me to sync the versa4.  Can someone help? Thanks

@Mmtops Hi. did you go in the app settings and add the Versa 2 as a new device? Adding the Versa 4 would have removed it.
