Hi, i have been encountering lots of problems with my Versa 2. 

I always have problems swiping on the screen to look at my stats in detail, the screen does not respond to swiping.

Previously, i got round to it by pressing the button on the left of the watch to reset. Subsequently, the freeze of the screen would work.

But today, tried the same process and have been getting this message of "Data not cleared

Sync & try again" with a red X within a red circle.

Please advise what to do next. This is a less than 6 months old tracker and i expected more from it. Real disappointment.

Hi @SP63  Try the button Factory reset (instructions below). If that doesnt fix it you will need to contact Support.

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
