Hi,
I’m having issues with my Versa. Firstly my Fitbit does not track my sleep and seems to be very laggy (which is annoying since I only horn the Fitbit 4 days ago).
Additionally my Fitbit struggles to sync to my phone. The last sync was yesterday evening and I have not been able to sync it since. I have seen other similar forums so I attempted all the trouble shooting steps and I now cannot even connect my Fitbit to the Bluetooth. Instead I keep getting a ‘connection unsuccessful’ message.
some advice would be appreciated 🙂
