This is my first fitbit and my device is working beautifully... It's the app that is giving me a headache and I can see why people have given the Versa 2 such a bad rating on Amazon when really it's the apps fault.
I cannot keep this app to stay synced with the device. I know it's the app and not my device itself because it gave me severe issues just trying to update firmware. Literally 4 hours to try and update just to fail on the apps side and now this constant failure to sync.
Is there going to be a new update to this app? Because if not I'm returning this watch. This is the most WORST app I've used with syncing issues. And restarting my fitbit device constantly just to get the app to sync to it is not a fix.
