@VBran you mean versa firmware update? Are you not running 3.0? What's your phone model and OS? For now try this:
Once the connection is restored, check the fitbit mobile for update for your Versa. If it's there, place your Versa in the charging dock and download the update in your Fitbit mobile app. Make sure both your phone and Versa are on the strong wifi and near the router.

Hi, I assume that your device is compatible with Fitbit, e.g. Fitbit is supporting your device. Following is a list of instruction to get your device updated to the newest Firmware:
1. Prepare your Versa carefully before starting the update, e.g. switch to a clock face from Fitbit itself if you are using a third party one, and charge the Versa fully.
2. Reboot it and put it in the charger and connect it to your laptop and leave it there during the entire updating procedure. Also make sure that your mobile device/Fitbit app is connected to Wifi during the entire procedure by plugging your MD in your laptop. Go to settings in the Fitbit app and to Wifi settings, go to your network and on the right side of the name of your network there is a white icon. Click that and Fitbit will start connecting to your network. Once connected, the white icon turns to blue and it will say "Connected"
3. Start the update, which will be done over WiFi which is much faster that BT.
4. When the update is finished , you should have the new version on your Versa, to check this:
5. Go to settings on your Versa and about info Versa (Fitbit app shows it already) and it tells you that you have version 32.331.30.
6. When you still have problems connecting to WiFi WiFi, please reboot your router as a last resort.(credits go to SpyderBlades)
Just one warning: make sure that your Versa is in the charger and connected to your PC during the entire process as well as you mobile device. Why is this necessary? The Versa on it's own does not have Wifi, but uses either your phone or PC as a bridge to be connected to WiFi. Whenever you disconnect during this procedure the Versa, your wiFi connection will be lost within 1 minute. Good luck!! Happy new year.

Versa won’t update to latest firmware. I’ve restarted both my phone and Fitbit. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled everything. I’ve tried different WiFi connections. I’ve tried everything on all of the help pages and community posts. Nothing is working. Please help.

Hi, I'm having problems syncing my Versa after the firmware update. I've tried all of the instructions in this thread and nothing works. I'm syncing my Versa to a Samsung Galaxy S9+. Everything worked fine before the firmware update.
