My Versa has stopped syncing my sleep, my resting heart rate, my BPM and my hours of activity. My versa itself is no longer tracking my bpm at all. My operating system is REVO.6. Samsung S7. I have tried restarting my phone, disconnecting my bluetooth, etc. This is very frustrating. I've been using Fitbit since 2016. If this issue continues I will be moving to another company/ watch.

@1215confused can you see HR recordings in the fitbit mobile app? if you swipe up on the main versas screen and scroll down to HR can you see it or is it simply "--"? Have you tried toggling the hr on your versa on/off with a reboot in between? finally, have you tried rebooting versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo flashes?

Yes I have, with no success as far as syncing goes. App still not showing sleep stages, hours of activity, resting heart rate...my bpm is still showing ---

What was suggested, unfortunately did NOT fix the problem. Any more suggestions?

@1215confused At this point, I would perform a factory reset. This will wipe your versa, but since you cannot sync your Versa, I am afraid whatever data is there, it will be lost. Before performing factory reset, please delete Versa from your Fitbit account in the FItbit mobile app and from Paired Devices list in your phone's Bluetooth settings. Reboot your phone. On your Versa, go to the Settings app and scroll down to About. Tap on it and scroll down to Factory Reset. After factory reset is complete, Versa will display a standard Setup screen. You will have to set it up again by adding a new device in Fitbit mobile app. Factory reset should force Versa to download the latest version of the firmware. Let's hope it helps.
