I switched to a Fitbit Versa this week but I want to keep my Alta HR connected as well, so I can use it when the Versa is charging 3x a week 🙂
I have the Versa set to All Day Sync, and as my Primary Device. However, I'm still having trouble with the desktop app finding the Versa for sync on command. Any advice? I'm running Windows 10 and I DO NOT USE the phone app.

@DLThune Have you tried rebooting Versa prior to syncing? You can do that by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until fitbit logo flashes. Also, have you tried using Fitbit Connect instead of Fitbit Win10 app?

I have not tried rebooting prior to syncing - but since I have the Versa set as my primary device and to "all day sync" - AND I have the Alta HR all day sync turned off - I did not I should have to jump through hoops every morning and afternoon and evening.
I don't know what Fitbit Connect is. I have the desktop Fitbit app which worked fine 98% of the time with the Alta HR.

The sync function is lousy on Versa. I do use and Android phone with the app but over 5 months I have had to constantly remove it from the app and go through the entire set up process several times because it randomly stops working. Stopped syncing 5 days ago and nothing will bring it back now even though my phone sees it connected via Bluetooth. Fitbit support blames my phone. Wish I returned it a long time ago when problems started but I had faith that they would fix their buggy software
